Taco Bell is being sued by a lady who claims there is not enough beef in the tacos to call them ‘beef’ tacos. After seeing the ingredients, I have to agree with her. Also, she’s not looking for money, just to force the company to tell us the truth about what they serve. You shouldn’t need a lawsuit to do that!
This is Taco Bells version of ground beef: water, isolated oat product, wheat oats, soy lecithin, maltodextrin, anti-dusting agent, autolyzed yeast extract, modified corn starch and sodium phosphate, as well as some beef and seasonings. It’ll be fun to see how this plays out. In the meantime, I’ll stick with the chicken.
The ingredients promote disbelief
As I thought I was eating some beef.
But a product with oats
More fitting for goats
Is giving my stomach some grief.
