The Twinkie Diet is For Real!

Now here’s a study we can all support. This researcher went on a diet consisting mostly of snack cakes.  He ate one every three hours and mixed in a few vegetables and a vitamin tablet. Lo and behold he started losing weight! He had to extend the study for another month because it was working so well. Apparently, it’s the number of calories that count and not necessarily the type of food. Needless to say this has created a stir among his peers and even he admits he’s not sure why it worked so well. Finally, a diet we can stick with.

The researcher said not to try it
And some peers say they don’t even buy it,
But despite how it sounds
He’s losing the pounds
With his new fangled Hostess cake diet.
