Congratulations to all in Chile for the dramatic rescue of the 33 trapped miners! This is the kind of event that can really bring people together…at least for a little while. There are still a lot of questions about mine safety in that country but for now, it’s just good to see a disaster averted. The freed miners are being swamped with interview requests, book deals, job offers and who knows what else. Being rescued has to feel pretty good but to get a ‘pay day’ on top of it…even better!
