Some Chinese are trying to beat the heat by baring their midriff but others are not happy with what they see. Many people continue to insist on older customs and a certain sense formality when in public. I can’t see why anyone would be against young girls exposing their bellies, but in China, the problem has taken a unique and unsightly twist.
